We are excited to welcome you to Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and prior to you using our services, we would like to educate you on our Terms of Use. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms of Use", "Agreement") carefully before using our services.
1. SERVICES.
Our services (“services”) collectively refer to our websites https://www.realmlabshq.com and https://www.heycontext.com (“websites”) as well as the downloadable application (“app”), operated by Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("us", 'we", "our").
Our services may integrate with other services offered by third parties. Please note, that you will find all relevant information in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. Nevertheless, any activities in connection to those third parties, may result in you being subject to additional terms and services i.e., of the respective third-party provider.
2. CONDITIONS OF USE.
By using our services, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are kindly advised to leave the websites and uninstall the app accordingly. Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) only grants use and access of these services to those who have accepted its terms in its entirety.
3. PRIVACY & COOKIE POLICY.
Before you continue using our services, we advise you to read our Privacy & Cookie Policy regarding our user data collection, cookie policy as well as third party integrations. It will help you better understand our practices.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
You agree that all products and services provided on our websites (including the app) are property of Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt), its current and future affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You further agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt)’s intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
You grant Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish on our websites. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should please contact us directly in order to come to an agreement.
5. ELIGIBILITY.
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use our websites or app. By using these services, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement.
The services are offered for your use, and you may not use the service as a blueprint to plan to develop, develop or offer a competitive service.
Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation but has the right to revoke access to the services, if any conflicts with applicable law, rule or regulation become known.
6. TARGET USER.
You understand that Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is a company distributing products for the strict purpose of Business to Business (“B2B”) use.
Any use of our products targets employed knowledge workers and is not meant for personal use. The company assumes no responsibilities related to user misrepresentation but retains the right to revoke access to the services, if any conflicts arise.
7. USE OF SERVICES.
Your use of our services is subject to the applicable law and prohibits you and/or any third-party to:
Use any methodology (programmed or manual) to access, copy or watch any part of the services or obtain any information, which is not purposely made available by Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
Reverse engineer our services
Interfere with our services by using devices or other software with the intent to disrupt or manipulate those
Use the services in an unlawful or by Terms of Use prohibited way
The list shall be extended over time. Ultimately, any unauthorized use of our services which violates our Terms of Use or law, could result in penalties.
8. USER ACCOUNTS.
As a user of our websites, you may in future be asked to register with us to continue using our services. This means you will need to provide additional information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account at any given point in time on the websites or app, inform us immediately so we may address it accordingly.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in our sole discretion.
9. PAYMENT.
Initially, all our services are free of charge. You will be pro-actively informed when payment terms are being introduced. The introduction of payments may result in having to provide credit card or bank account details to the payment provider of our choice.
Therefore, to continuously use our services, all paid plans must have a valid payment account. But please note, free accounts will remain and are not required to provide any payment account information.
10. APPLICABLE LAW.
By visiting our websites and using our app, you agree that German Law will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and you, or its business partners and associates.
11. DISPUTES.
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to our websites or app you use or purchase from us shall be arbitrated by the state of Berlin (Germany) and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
12. INDEMNIFICATION.
You agree to indemnify Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and its affiliates and hold Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our services.
Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior Agreements regarding the use of our services.
14. CHANGES TO THE TERMS.
We may update these Terms. Should we believe these updates are of significance, we will inform you by either sending you an electronic mail or via our services directly. This will allow you to make the choice whether you want to continue using our services. Please note that the changes will become effective immediately, unless otherwise stated.
