This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from you, as our user. 

In addition to our Privacy & Cookie Policy, you as our user are also subject to our Terms of Use. If you find yourself to disagree, we kindly advise you to leave the websites and uninstall the app.

Realm Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) operates two websites: the company website http://www.realmlabshq.com and the product website http://www.heycontext.com. The following Privacy & Cookie Policy is particularly set out for our product website and unless specifically mentioned, does not relate to the company website.

As CONTEXT is developed private by design, we want to emphasize, that we DO NOT access or collect any content of the sources you connect (incl. the generated search index). The same applies for search related data such as search terms or context names.

DEFINITIONS.
Personal Information: While using our services, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.

Retention: We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as necessary, as per purpose set out in our Privacy & Cookie Policy. Exemption shall be when applicable law requires else.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION.

To provide and continuously improve our services, we collect specific data outlined hereunder. We consciously differentiate between our company as well as product website due to their distinct purposes – for sake of transparency, we will explicitly state when something applies to the company website.

LOG DATA — WEBSITES.
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our websites ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our websites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. This applies to both our company and product website.

LOG DATA — APP.
We may collect information about the usage and interaction within our app. This Log Data may include information such as operating system type, operating system version, user behaviour and other anonymous app related statistics.

COOKIES.
We use cookies to collect information (see section “Cookie Policy”). You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of our websites.

PERSONAL INFORMATION.
To contact or identify you, personally identifiable information may be requested. Initially, this includes work e-mail address. As our services develop, further information may be requested.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION.

The purpose of use of your Personal Information is for providing and improving our services. Your Personal Information will be used for the following actions:

AUTHENTICATION.
To receive the app, an e-mail will be sent to the provided information whereby you will receive a one-time valid link for download.

CONTACT
To manage your requests and feedback, your Personal Information provided will be used.

COMMUNICATIONS.
We may use your Personal Information to provide you with newsletters, surveys, marketing or promotional materials.  

ACCOUNTS.
In future, when accounts are set-up, your information will be used to manage your registration as a user for our services.

PAYMENTS.
In future, we may use your Personal Information to process payments which will allow you to continue using our services.

OTHER.
We may use your Personal Information for business transfers (i.e., sale of assets) which may result in the transfer of data.

The purpose of sharing your Personal Information is for improving our services and applies to the following situations:

THIRD-PARTY-PROVIDERS.
We may share your Personal Information with our Third-Party Providers (see section “Third-Party Providers”) to offer our services as well as monitor and analyse the use of our services.

PARTNERS.
To keep our services running, we may share your Personal Information with partners (e.g., Business Partners). All partners will at least provide the same level of privacy protection as our Privacy & Cookie Policy. 

OTHER.
We may share your Personal Information in potential business transfers (i.e., sale of assets) as well as with your consent for any other purpose.

Should we be involved in any form of deal relating to sale of our company, your Personal Information may be transferred. In any such case, we will provide adequate notice if your Personal Information is transferred and hence becomes subject to new Privacy & Cookie Policies.

As per our services and the ability to offer you those, we have outlined detailed information about our third-party providers hereunder:

APP CENTER.
The app analytics tool provided by App Center tracks and reports app interaction. App Center uses data to track and monitor the use of our services. The collected data is shared with other Microsoft services. The guidelines and data protection for App Center can be found on https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-gb/privacystatement.

GOOGLE reCATPCHA.
We use Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection of our website forms via Squarespace provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Your consent is the legal basis for the integration of Google reCAPTCHA and the associated data transfer to Google (Art. 6 Para. 1 (a) GDPR). GOOGLE WEBFONTS.
To present content correctly and appealing across all services, we use Google Webfonts via Squarespace from Google LLC (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to display fonts on our websites. Your consent is the legal basis for the integration of Google Webfonts and the associated data transfer to Google (Art. 6 Para. 1 (a) GDPR). HETZNER.
Our hosting service to provide app downloads and updates. Hetzner collects information that your browser or our app sends whenever you use our services. This may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our websites that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. The data protection guidelines of Hetzner can be found on https://www.hetzner.com/rechtliches/datenschutz.

HUBSPOT.
The Personal Information provided will be stored in our selected CRM-tool hosted by HubSpot. The guidelines and data protection for HubSpot can be found on https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

SQUARESPACE.
To view or use our services, we selected Squarespace as the provider of our websites. Further, via Squarespace we utilize Google Webfonts (see “Google Webfonts”). This applies to both company as well as product website. The guidelines and data protection for Squarespace can be found on https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.

We also use Squarespace for web analytics purposes (see Cookie Policy).

Further, Squarespace is selected provider for managing communication which will be sent in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy to your Personal Information.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer's hard drive.   • “Functional & Required” cookies are defined as necessary cookies which allow you as our user to navigate and use key features on our website.

  • “Analytics & Performance” cookies are defined as cookies which allow us to collect information about how you as our user interact with our website. The purpose is to collect statistics in order to improve our services. Please note, that this is anonymized and aggregated data collection which means that it cannot be used to identify you. The duration of storage of these cookies can vary, depending on the type of information collected.

Should you not agree to our Privacy & Cookie Policy, you can at any time remove our services from your device. Further, under GDPR (by law if you are in the EU), you have the right to request access, correction, object to processing, request erasure and withdraw consent with regards to your Personal Information. With doing so, please note that parts of our services or all services, might then not be available to you anymore for further use.
