For Knowledge Workers, it’s a constant challenge to find certain information when they need it. Every day, they dig through their messages, files, and other data in order to stay on top of things. This is especially true if you’re a Product or Project Manager.

The main problem they face is that information is spread across many applications and services which leads to them spending a significant amount of time and headspace on finding desired information. This is a painful but somehow accepted problem for many. Today, their best option is to perform the search in every app that could contain relevant information, and/or note down where to find that info in order to have it at hand when needed.

Of course, this creates extra manual work and yet another data silo with the potential risk to be outdated at some point. With the increasing number of tools and services for the digital workplace, the problem will only get worse over time.
